Negative thoughts | How to Break Them?






How do you deal with it or break it ?

If  there is a negative thought pattern ,that is repeating itself  . How do you with it and how do you break it ?

The 1st thing is to bring awareness . In other words , observe the negative behavior  , become more aware of it .  very often people are In the sleeping mode . they are doing so money things without awareness .

So be more aware of what you are doing. what you are thinking .and subsequently , feel deeply the harm that negative thought  is causing to you it is blocking up your heart .  it is impeding your spiritual growth .

it is preventing you from achieving peace of mind clam and balance so realize the harm .

that will then create in you a deep aspiration to change it alright

Now, How do you change it?

you replace the negative thought by something positive

if you ordinary start practice , I will not think this such practice will not work

Instead of that replace it negative thought , every time this things comes

let me divert my mind to god
